Innisfail Youth & Family Care Inc. are urgently looking for properties in the Innisfail area to headlease for our Wet Tropics Community Housing program, which is funded by the Department of Communities, Housing & Digital Economies.

Innisfail Youth and Family Care Inc are a Nationally Accredited Community Housing Provider, so as a Landlord you will have peace of mind that we are a well governed local community organization, which operates within strict guidelines in a well regulated sector.

We know that there is a rental crisis throughout Australia, and this, in turn effects the most vulnerable in our community. Affordable housing improves the quality of life of residents by leading to better health, adequate jobs, financial stability and security. The properties provided through this program are often the difference between families being homeless or staying in places or situations which are unsafe and that put families at risk.
