Innisfail Youth and Family Care Inc. (IYFC) exists to support our community in achieving a better future. To help us do this to the best of our ability—and to support our continuous improvement—we welcome and value all feedback from service users and stakeholders. This may include compliments, complaints, or suggestions.

Ways to Provide Feedback

You can provide feedback in any of the following ways:
  • Speak directly to a member of our staff
  • Drop a note in the feedback box in our reception area
  • Go to the “Contact Us” tab on our website
  • Email the CEO:

Unhappy with Our Response?

If you are dissatisfied with how a complaint has been handled, you have the right to escalate your complaint to an external body. These may include:
  • The relevant funding body
  • The Office of the Queensland Ombudsman
  • The Office of the Information Commissioner
  • The Queensland Human Rights Commission
